Producteur et transformateur depuis début 2021, nous fabriquons et commercialisons différents fromages. Nous possédons l'AOP Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine ainsi que l'agrément sanitaire pour l'atelier de transformation.
Nous possédons un cheptel de 90 chèvres Saanen nourries uniquement au foin de prairie et luzerne ainsi qu'avec les concentrés. Nous avons comme projet de les faire pâturer pour la saison prochaine de pâturage.
