Je me suis installée en tant que Jeune Agricultrice en 2011, sur un domaine de 20ha situé sur les coteaux de Lasseube, dans le Béarn. Nous cultivons des vignes (Jurançon petit manseng) en agriculture biologique. Nous avons appelé notre domaine "Ekoto" pour célébrer nos 3 fils: Emil, Kosma et Thomas.
Depuis 2020, nous avons lancé un atelier porcs noirs gascons élevés en plein air. Les animaux vivent dans un grand parc de plusieurs ha de foret de chênes, hêtres et châtaigniers. Leur viande est excellente, juteuse et tendre. En plus de la viande fraiche, nous proposons salaisons et diverses conserves.
