Patricia LUCAS habitant Bidart depuis bientôt 30 ans. Après18 ans passé comme secrétaire médicale, j’ai décidé de vivre de ma passion : LA PATISSERIE. D’abord avec un salon de thé - coffee truck. Pendant 4 ans j’ai vendu mes produits sur les marchés locaux.
Maintenant j’ai passé la main à une jeune fille qui poursuit ce que j’ai mis en place.
Et me revoilà avec un nouveau produit : le BOINA BELTZA.
